Kim and Amanda’s goals in bringing Hive Media Studio on to do their Social Media Marketing was to help them formulate, establish, and strengthen their new brand’s voice across multiple online platforms.   In addition to marketing both home resales, custom homes builds, and buyer representation in multiple ad campaigns, they wanted to build up their client base through through the use of different email marketing campaigns highlighting the different homes they represent, brokers and home openings, and special events they would be sponsoring.

Hive Media Studios needed to seamlessly work with the established EPG audience and transition them to the new brand’s identity and voice.  To do this, we began by establishing guidelines for a new brand identity that would transition easily from the old brand to save them money, but also move the company and their audience in the right direction of change gently.  The Florida Real Estate industry had established new rules which required that realtors could not use certain traditional words associated with real estate within the name of their companies.  EPG’s original name, Exclusive Property Group became a pain point that we needed to resolve first before moving forward with anything else.  We worked closely with Kim and Amanda by making a slight name change for the company by removing the word Property in the company name and changing it Premier in order to be able able to keep the company logo the same as well as comply with the new real estate requirements in Florida.  This allowed us to transition the client’s Facebook and Instagram page to the company’s new identity, as well as create an account for the business on Linkedin. The client’s wanted the voice for  EPG to be colorful, energetic, warm, funny, informative, knowledgeable about the local community and most of all supportive.  We formulated a recipe of ad campaigns that would encompass business resales and new builds, buyer representation information, informative posts concerning local real estate, news and information regarding real estate market in and around Central Florida, and humorous real estate posts in addition to personal accounts from the owners as well as other local realtors sprinkled in to touch on these different aspects of their brand’s voice blending them together to achieve a brand voice that identifies with their customers to meets EPG’s  goals.
